Eminem to Welcome Barack Obama to Campaign Rally for Kamala Harris in Detroit

Eminem is going to sound a little different tonight at a campaign rally for presidential candidate Kamala Harris: He's going to help greet former President Barack Obama before he speaks.
Though Eminem fans will probably desire to have the rapper do a show, he likely will tackle something topical. This is probably when Obama would drop by and discuss the race, but given the growing similarity between Harris and Trump in most recent polls, that makes his endorsement, given his clout within this sphere, that much more valuable.
Not his first political campaign he has been behind, this rapper endorsed the Biden-Harris ticket with a strong black-and-white campaign commercial in the 2020 election using his smash single "Lose Yourself". Interestingly, even Obama has appreciated Eminem and the song "Lose Yourself" was one of which Obama has mentioned as one for which he was inspired campaigning for the presidency in his 2008 campaign.
Tonight on stage, Eminem represents his hometown as he reminds the audience that this is the voting part at a time when elections are taking place. His celebrity status, affiliation with Michigan, will energize the rally and further emphasize just how pivotal this may be for the campaign.
